  stopping a roof leak which caused damp and mould

  A ceiling at a property i let out had mould and damp. This was the result of severe rain we had recently. A few roofers expressed interest on check a trade but James responded and with no faff offered to visit and inspect the job for a free quote. This has to be done through a lettings agent as I am away, but again - no faff. James looked at the roof, got into the loft and saw light coming in, to identify the issue. He then provided a comprehensive quote and got the job done promptly. James sent photos and videos at every stage to keep me posted.

  Fixing a single tile that had slipped completely out of position.

  Great experience, they communicated effectively and responded swiftly to my call out. They was a fair and reasonable price for the work carried out and did not try to add unnecessary additional work that was not needed. They came and done the exact job that was asked for. Absolutely hassle free! Would recommend.

  I recently had an excellent experience with James from genesis roofing. He was incredibly thorough, spending a long time assessing the roof to find the source of our leaks. He provided honest advice on my options for addressing the cracks in the valley and the damaged felt. He provided pictures of the whole process from start to finish, and I have confidence that the work was completed to a high standard.

  They sent someone the next day which we needed due to weather forecast, the young man was very polite and did a great job.

  Contacted me within minutes of advertising the job and was really accommodating. There was some issues sources the tile however was still able to rectify the problem. Would certainly recommend.

  Fixed broken tile 1 day after initial phone call

  One company came and quoted £1800 to my wife scaring her half to death, these guys came and told me it just needs a new tile and charged a very reasonable price to come and fix it. Highly recommend would use again
