  Repairs to chimney. Installed lead soakers, replaced flasing, repointed and cleaned brickwork.

  I had major problems with a new roof fitted last year by someone else. Initially James used a drone and was able to show me clear images of the cause of the leaks. He explained what needed doing clearly and provided an estimate which he did not exceed. The job was completed within 2 weeks with a 12 year guarantee. James and his co worker were professional and polite. They left the work area clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

  still waiting for roof to be made water tight,after 6 weeks

  i contacted grm roofing several months ago for a quote to fix a leaking roof ,i was given a quote of 1700 pounds a few weeks later asked them carry out the work ,when they arrived i was then told they haddent allowed for new upc soffit s to be fixed an extra 250 pounds i agreed so as to get the job done ,new lead soakaways and new soffits,all looked neat and tidy from ground level,just one major problem the original leak is still there ,when it rains i need 3 buckets still in the loft to catch water comeing through,after repeated text messages to andthrow still no one turning up to fix the lea

  James was honest and professional with his assessment of what was needed. He carried out the work to a high standard and cleared away all debit and left everywhere clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend!

  Roofing tiles replaced at short notice

  GRM replaced a few broken roof tiles for me at very short notice. I only thought one was broken, but whilst up there they found two more, which they verified with photo evidence before touching them. Great service, efficient and easy to deal with. I’d definitely recommend them and will use again.

  Fast fix at a good price

  James Dean contacted me promptly, came out the same day and fixed three loose roof slates after a recent storm. He also gave me some advice on the general health if the roof which was much appreciated. He was easy to deal with and I'm very happy with the work, would recommend
