6.75 I had 17 glass units replaced, along with sliding patio doors installed.

The initial communication was good and the quoted price came in under comparable quotes for the same work. Initially there was a week lead time for the windows, but that lead time increased to around 3 weeks when I later added the patio doors, and that was okay. My issues with the company has been follow on comms, such as outstanding snags with damage to the door frame which hasn't been resolved and waiting on the valid cert, which they haven't provided, as it appears they aren't FENSA or Assure Registered. Asim was quick to respond -communicative and clear in what they could offer and for a great price. Initial quote for1 window -full new window and frame. Asim gave us a quote so competitive, that another company told us to bite his hand off at the price offered. The guys he sent out to complete the work were polite and courteous, and quick. All done with no issues.
