  Dry rot treatment under house

  We had an issue with dry rot in the subfloor space of our house - Don produced a high quality survey and diagnosed that the cavity wall insulation had dropped down and was causing damp under the house. Martin carried out all of the work to a high standard, clearing the cavity of all of the damp insulation, installing extra air bricks for ventilation and treating the dry rot. The ventilation seems much better under the house now.

  Replaster of 1 room, skim ceiling, replace coving, plus other small jobs

  We had one room replastered, with a join repaired between a stud wall and solid wall. Also artex ceiling skimmed and coving replaced. We also had a brick replaced outside, a leaking tap and kitchen sink outlet replaced Andy and has team were really professional, an accurate quote was given on all work and the work was completed quicker than I expected. Pete J in particular was really friendly, always kept me up to date on what he had to do, and made a very tidy finish on the plastering. Also left the room in a very clean state. Will be using Premise again.

  Realign and service window

  Our window was difficult to close, so the glass was realigned and the mechanisms lubricated, so it now works well. Paul came out on the same day that I called, and fixed it that afternoon. He also gave me good advise on lubricating the windows in the future, and explained all work he carried out. Overall very happy.

  Plaster walls, ceiling and replace coving in one bedroom

  Great service from Dan - he gave a quote for the work having seen the room, and we were booked in for the next week. When he was carrying out the work he was friendly and got the job done to a high standard - the ceiling and walls are lovely and smooth, and the coving looks great! Not too much mess left behind after the job, and it was quite reasonably priced. Will probably get him to come back for other rooms in the future!

  Electric shower replacement

  Iain was very friendly, very honest and did a good, professional job with fitting our shower. As first time house owners he offered a lot of very useful advice on the shower and the plumbing round the house in general, and the shower replacement was reasonably priced too. We'll definitely be contacting him again when we need other plumbing jobs doing!
