www.premisepm.co.uk Premise Property Maintenance Ltd was set up in 2006 by Andy Page & Mike Lawton to provide a quality maintenance service to private residential customers, landlords, letting agents. In 2009 Mike Lawton left the company to pursue other avenues, which meant that I (Andy Page) was left to continue running the business. My main aim was to grow the business but still to provide customers with a quality service. Since 2009 the business has grown to a size that is still manageable but now we have increased our customer base to lots of regular customers using us for on going maintenance works but also with the great reputation that we have built we are gaining new customers every week. PPM Ltd continues to strive & provide the service & workmanship that we are proud of. Our customers are extremely happy as we are their one stop shop for all the trades they require. We can attend to the smallest of jobs (leaking taps, touch up paint work, electrics) to large refurbishments which we manage from start to finish. If you require small – large refurbishment works we will attend to complete the survey/quotation for free, then we will manage every trade to attend as they should, when they should & complete all works to the end with a professional clean of the property at the end so that the customer can move straight in. We also carry out regular work for Private landlords, which again we manage from start to finish no matter the size of the job. We will contact all tenants to organise access or collect the keys if the property is empty, complete the required works within the timed deadlines (where necessary), leave the property as we found it. We also carry out regular inspections for Private landlords. We will attend on a quarterly basis, carry out a full inspection report on the condition of the property, complete the report with pictures & if works are required following the inspection then a quote will be also sent with the report so that the landlord can act on any maintenance before it becomes a major issue. We are your one stop shop for any maintenance you require. We are GAS SAFE registered, Safe contractor accredited with Health & Safety at the very top of our priority.
