Iain was friendly, super helpful and efficient when we needed help to fix a couple of leaking taps. Was able to come within a few days. My sink drain needed replacing asap and Ian managed to fit me in the same day. He arrived promptly and undertook the replacement quickly, ensuring that everything was left clean and tidy.
