Richard was sourced, after thorough research & therefore came highly recommended. He arrived at the designated time & took time to patiently explain how the burglar alarm system operated & even made positive suggestions, where the sensors should best be located. He was sympathetic to where i preferred the hard wire alarm connection be situated. I expressed concern, regarding the location of the external alarm panel, due to the fragile nature of the outer wall covering & he installed with utmost care. Full alarm service by Richard- he installed my alarm system 6 year ago- survey was excellent- discussed all options & system fitted with no mess. Since then I’ve had him back annually to service the system- no contract - just texts to see if I want the service & to arrange a time . Throughout my dealings with RJ Alarms I have always been impressed with Richard’s knowledge, professionalism & politeness. The system and the app Richard installs are brilliant - easy to use and totally reliable. He is so responsive too-any questions or issues, he replies to almost immediately, outside of office hours too.
