10 Replace obsolete alarm system

Richard was brilliant, explained everything clearly during the first phone call and was very knowledgeable on what the best upgrade route would be. Answered all my questions via text about the system and gave me times to choose from, booked me in and arrived exactly when he said he would. Did a great job was clean tidy and explained exactly what he was doing. The demo of the new system after the installation was very clear. Richard responded within minutes to my job request.He kept us informed when he would be arriving.Richard even wore overshoes inside our home.He quickly found the fault (which we were so relieved about).Richard knows his trade.No fuss, no stress.He explained everything to us as he worked.Soon fitted new sensors at our request.Richard even suggested having less work completed but we asked for the 3 new sensors.Highly recommended.We will be asking Richard to return in the future.Verified reviewerJob location: B3210 Burglar alarm service.
