From his 1 visit to give us a quote of which he went out of his way to come to us quickly he was extremely polite . Richard listened to me as i explained what we needed. He has good communication skills. He has done an excellent job installing an alarm system that is easy to use and covers the whe of the ground floor. No mess and all done in about 1 hour. The price was very reasonable.
