  This is our second time using Adrian of Eco Essentials, and hopefully not the last. Adrian is a highly skilled and hard working tiler (and is also able to do other trades as required). We are very pleased with his workmanship and communication, and found him to be competitively priced.

  Replacement of all windows and doors

  Overall, we are pleased with our new windows and doors, but had some issues along the way. During the ordering process sloppy handling resulted in quote not being update with spec changes so dispute on payment (in part absorbed by HBD but frustrating and time consuming). On installation we were disappointed with the number of chips and scuffs to the frames, some of which have since been rectified but a number could not be.

  Make new window openings and close up others

  Adrian was very hardworking, diligent and tidy. The works were completed to a high standard. Adrian offered good communication throughout and worked weekends to ensure the job was completed on time. We would use Adrian again.
