Adrian was absolutely fantastic from start to finish – a true professional and lovely person. He quoted to tile the entrance hall of a Victorian house with complex Victorian tiles, and his attention to detail was outstanding. As with any old house, unforeseen labour was required, but Adrian was a great problem solver, adapting his approach as needed and keeping me fully informed throughout. His communication, craftsmanship, and dedication were all 10/10. Adrian was punctual and polite. He gave a clear explanation of what he was going to do. He successfully washed egg off our render. We then asked him if he could fix some render that had broken off our house (the orginal work was not carried out by him).
