We recently purchased a sliding door from HBD Systems and were pleased with the service from the sales and marketing team. They were attentive, responsive, and handled a miscommunication with our order exceptionally well—making a prompt decision so resolve the issue, which we truly appreciated. One small area for improvement would be the onsite measurement. We needed to double-check a few details to ensure everything was correct. A little more thoroughness here would make the overall experience even better. We ordered and installed Origin Sliding Doors with HBD Systems as part of our rear extension. We wanted to brighten up the space with a custom colour and dimensions. So, not the easiest of customers. George from the sales team has been very accommodating and guided us along the way. Ordering was very straightforward and the communication was frequent and professional. I was worried about the installation as each door is custom, but it went smoothly -- a testament to the installing team, no doubt!
