  A real gem.

  I would highly recommend Philip of Brook Electrical, who we found on Checkatrade. We we were buying a house in Midhurst and asked him to undertake an Electrical Installation Condition Report and I was amazed how knowledgeable he was. We then asked him to rectify all the issues he'd identified including providing and fitting a new, more modern consumer unit. Philip is polite, puntual, thorough and always explains clearly what he is doing and why.

  Replaced roof tiles on unfelted roof which had been dislodged overnight and where rain was getting in

  Quick response to enquiry with site visit and very reasonable quote for labour and tiles; work carried out same day and took about 45 minutes. Cleared up smashed tiles on drive and left site very tidy. Very approachable and polite. Will definitely use again.
