Job location: GU7Shocking from start to finish. We went with them because they gave the cheapest quote but we wish we hadn't. They were really pushy after they quoted. When it came to the job, they've done an awful job with our soffits and facias and guttering. Water now pours our of the guttering every time it rains and the soffits and facias are a bodge job. Despite asking on a number of occasions to properly fix the leaking guttering, I am ignored. Worst company we've worked with. Avoid.3 Roof felt and joist repair

Chris contracted the job to a different company (Weather Proof Roofing) and the work itself seems ok, however the aftercare has been appalling. There was debris left all around in both mine and my neighbour’s gardens (front and back). Also, one of the workers put a foot through my bedroom ceiling. Chris said he would make it right but he's ignored my future attempts to get hold of him. He was also rude and dismissive when I initially spoke about the issues. I've contacted the other contractor who said I need to communicate with Chris, so I've had to pay someone else to get my ceiling fixed.Verified reviewerJob location: BN270 Replaced roof and render x2 chimneys

They have been a nightmare to deal with and have not completed the rendering of the chimneys, even though we have paid them for the job. They ignore messages, promise to come round to finish the job and don’t turn up, turn up hours late to a site visit but will be in contact when they need money. Scaffolding has been up for 4 months but have worked on the roof for only 2 weeks. Excuses are that he has lost his phone, is so busy and the weather - even though we had the mildest, driest winter on record. Avoid like the plague - he is cheap in comparison but you will pay with the stress levels.Verified reviewerJob location: RH172 Roof Still Leaking

Whatever work they carried out to fix the roof didn't fix it at all. It is still leaking as badly as it was and they haven't come back out to sort it despite me asking them to several times.Verified reviewerJob location: GU320 Replace guttering

The company were pleasant and reliable if a little slow but I have not been able to get hold of them since heavy rain revealed the work was not satisfactory -the rain poursthrough a section of gutter onto the steps below and below making it very slippy and unsafe for my elderly mother -I have emailed ,messaged and phoned to no availVerified reviewerJob location: BN27.33 Still awaiting invoice for work completed

Two men were sent to repair guttering, but charged double the amount quoted. Needed to buy 2/3 brackets, did not advise me of extra charge until job was completed and unsure extra brackets would add another £70 to quote. I was asked to pay workman direct and paid £140 direct into his bank account, requested invoice and was told boss would send me one. Work carried out on 10th Dec and despite several messages to him, still no invoice. He has asked for my address, how much I paid etc, despite having all this info in text messages and work completed by his men. Surely he should keep records?Verified reviewerJob location: RH10
