  Philip Gauntlet of Brook Electrical is beautifully old fashioned! He possesses all the old good qualities: He is not only a good electrician but he communications clearly, suggests solutions, turns up when he says he would, does a good job at a sensible price and cleans up after his work is completed. Marvellous! I will certainly be using Philip and recommending him to friends locally. Thanks Philip, really appreciate what you did for us.

  Our fuse box tripped and couldn't be reset.

  Philip was working in his garage when we called. He tried to diagnose over the phone but quickly understood we couldn't resolve it ourselves. He came out, reset the fuse box, pat tested any suspect appliances and found the culprit. All the while explaining what was doing.

  RCD not resetting

  We were without power and unsure of what to do. I found Phillip on checkatrade and phoned him. He arrived on time and soon had the problem fixed. I cannot recommend him enough and will use him again as we have other jobs that need attention.

  Wiring ceiling light and various light switches

  Bradley responded quickly to my job request and, having had a cancellation, was able to do the work the same day. He did the work quickly and neatly and at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend him.
