  The communication was excellent. D was polite & professional. The job was easily resolved and did not take long. He wouldn't take any payment for it which was a very kind gesture and one you would rarely ever get. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

  The response to my request was fast & after an explanation about the job I was sent a quote. We arranged a day to do the work & the work was completed as agreed. Laurence was polite and professional. I would definitely recommend him to family & friends.

  Unblock an outside pipe

  Unfortunately the pipe was blocked with concrete which appears to have happened when the garden fence was erected. However, the tradesman wrote the reason it was blocked on the invoice which helped when I contacted the tradesmen who erected the fence.

  Convert a room with an outside door to a toilet.

  I found them to be polite and very hardworking. Nothing was too much trouble. They managed to find a great match for the external bricks, (house built in 60s). The workmanship was excellent and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

  I found Jack and his colleague friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They came out quickly to give me a quote and were able to do the work as soon as required. The workmanship was of a good quality and they cleaned up before they left. I thought the cost was competitive too.

  Clear a blocked kitchen sink

  I rang up on the 4th and was told they would come out the following day. The next day I had heard nothing so called and they had no record of my call. It was frustrating because I had to repeat everything but the plumber came out that day and sorted the problem.

  Luke and colleague were polite and worked hard to complete the job in a day. Myself and my neighbour were very happy with the quality of their work. The price was in line with other quotes received, with a discount for doing a double garage roof.
