  Patio Refurbishment

  I had an old patio at the back of my house that needed relaying and re-pointing. Luan explained the options and then carried out the work. The work was well done and looks good. Communication with Luan was excellent and he was always punctual and tidy. I would highly recommend him for patio work.

  Carpet Cleaning

  Michael was excellent. I had a window between old furniture being collected and new furniture delivered to have my lounge carpet cleaned. The day before my job was due Michael had his carpet cleaning machine stolen from his van. Because it was vital that the job be done on the agreed date Michael borrowed a machine from another company. The communication on arrival times was excellent. Michael was punctual and very friendly. He did an excellent job on cleaning my carpet. I am planning to use Michael again later in the Spring to clean my hall, stairs, landing and main bedroom carpets.

  Supply and Installation of Composite Front Door

  Very impressed with this company. I found them punctual on all visits and the whole process was transparent and efficient. Tyler was very helpful when he came round to provide a quote, explaining the differences between Endurance and Solidor doors. I went with an Endurance door in the end. Steve the fitter was great, doing an excellent job and taking away the old door and rubbish, leaving my property clean and tidy. My new door looks brilliant, I am extremely pleased with it. I would recommend AGS.

  Guttering Repairs

  I have used Darren previously for guttering work. He was punctual and very friendly and good-humoured. He identified the reasons for the water overflowing from my front and back guttering. The front down pipe was blocked and this was sorted out. There was a blockage in the my neighbours water butt connector causing a problem with the back down pipe. He tested the guttering and down pipes when the work was completed. I felt he was very thorough and meticulous in identifying and resolving the issues. I would happily use Darren again and recommend him to others.

  Installation of wooden bath panel and repair to kitchen cupboard

  Tony was very punctual and tidy. He did a good job on installing a wooden bath panel to replace a plastic one, which required the bath frame to be altered. He also refurbished a kitchen cupboard that had formerly housed a gas meter which had gaps in the shelf and the back panel. The bath panel looks great as does the cupboard. I would recommend Tony for carpentry work.

  Humming noise when using hot water taps or the shower

  When using the hot water taps or the shower there was often a humming/ whining noise coming from the area where the pipework comes down from the loft to the bath. Oz identified that the filler valve in the cold water tank needed replacing. This was done and since then I have had no humming noise when having a shower or washing up. I found the team very friendly, professional, punctual and efficient. We discussed a couple of future jobs I had in mind and Oz provided useful advice. I would use Oz again for plumbing work, and would also recommend him to others.

  Move of Switch Fused Spur

  I needed to have moved a switch fused spur attached to a shower pump. Gaz promptly provided a quote and we agreed a date for the job to be undertaken. Gaz has now completed the work. He was very friendly, professional, punctual and efficient and I would use him again for electrical work, and would also recommend him to others.

  Upvc back door would not fully lock.

  I received a call from David shortly after posting my job. Although the job was not urgent, David was happy to come along straight away, on his way to another job. David arrived in half an hour and quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Whilst at my house David also cleaned a couple of upvc window brackets that had become a bit stiff which he did not charge me for. David was very friendly, professional, punctual and efficient and I would use him again for lock and window/ door issues, and would also recommend him to others.

  Cleaning out blocked pipe and repair of gutter

  Darren was punctual and very friendly and engaging, he was respectful of my house, wiping his feet etc. He identified the main reason for the water overflowing from my guttering. The down pipe was blocked and this was sorted out. He also aligned the guttering better to the down pipe to ensure a smooth flow of the water. He tested the guttering and down pipe when the work was completed. I felt he was very thorough and meticulous in identifying and resolving the issues. I would happily use Darren again and recommend him to others.
