David came to our house in 15 minutes to fix some bent window hinges. He was a star. Really efficient, friendly and helpful. Found David on checkatrade and within the week he had sourced and fixed new hinges on two of my large 4th floor windows. He initially came round to check what needed to be done and provided useful information as to why the original hinges had failed. When we couldn't lock our back door, which had dropped out of alignment in the hot weather, David came promptly to our rescue despite it being his morning off. He is plainly very experienced, explained the problem clearly and fixed it quickly at what I consider a reasonable price. He was courteous but also easy to talk to.
