  Excellent loft insulation job, highly recommended

  I needed my 5-bed L-shaped house's loft insulation upgraded to 30cm deep (it's a Redrow home, with 2001 style 10cm depth). I got great advice and a reasonable price from the owner, Peter. Quite a character! Tony (and helper Jamie) arrived on time and checked my requirements, which included 3 wooden walkways [to access bathroom extractor fans]. Tony did a really excellent job and left the house clean and tidy. He even reinforced my ceiling hatch for me. Loft Insulation Specialists are a great company if you want your loft insulation upgraded. Glad I found them - highly recommended - a 5* job!

  Replace existing faulty alarm system

  Mike, Arran and Alan fitted a new alarm system today, as the old one had died. Between them they did a fantastic job - and they were nice, polite guys, too. The job was really neat (no mess left) and Arran finished it all off. He carefully listened to our requirements, actioned them and also fixed a puzzling set-up issue. He patiently gave us thorough usage instructions, including app control. He clearly wanted us to be completely satisfied. We couldn't be happier with the job or their overall service. The price was fair and we have signed up for yearly maintenance. Very highly recommended.

  Paul was extremely flexible (and patient) with my exacting requirements, achieving the best possible power supplies for my Hi-Fi in 3 locations. His workmanship was meticulous, the wiring extremely tidy with no interior or exterior wall damage, using quality materials in a neat design. I am beyond impressed with this job, it delivers everything I was trying to achieve. I wouldn't have ANY other electrician working in my house; in fact, I will get him to install a 4th Hi-Fi circuit, next year. An excellent electrician, simply the best I've ever used. And he's a really nice guy as well.

  Fix, then replace a Yale Conexis L1 smart door lock

  Jamie rescued my failed attempts to factory-reset a Yale Conexis L1 smart door lock (which he'd fitted nearly three years ago). He quickly made the lock operational and safe to use, discovering the bluetooth transmitter had failed (why it wouldn't unlock the door from the outside). We agreed on a new manual door lock, which he fitted without fuss a few days later. His service was excellent: he is polite, friendly and (just as importantly) charges a very reasonable amount, making clear each element of the costs. I highly recommend his work - I simply wouldn't use anyone else!

  Replace conservatory door locks

  I forgot to specify turn-button locking (on the inner door side) when they recently installed the replacement patio doors which sit between our lounge and conservatory - silly me. This was installed yesterday by their excellent technicians, Chris and Jake. Paul Adams Windows have now replaced every single door and window in my property, including the conservatory - only the front door remains! I think that tells you not only how good they are, but that I have 100% faith in their products and workmanship. Can't recommend them highly enough.

  Install five new Ethernet cables via roof/external walls, remove aerials, replace in loft.

  Steve's workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. His pricing was very competitive and very fair. He listened to my initial requirements carefully and was happy to answer additional questions. The job got extended (from 2 cables to 5) and he was very accommodating in shortening / relocating existing cabling to fit my needs. I heartily recommend Steve for any aerial or Ethernet cabling needs. I now have SkyQ in 2 rooms without any Wi-Fi dropouts and I couldn't be happier with the results.

  Replacement aerial bracket (one was broken)

  Mike and Chris were very polite and their fix for my broken aerial bracket was spot on. They also spent time investigating the possibility of further (future) work - routing a DAB aerial feed into the centre of our house - and were very helpful in this regard. I can't say the company is particularly cheap, but I can say that they do a first rate job (my wife remembers we used them before, many years ago). I would definitely recommend them, and will use them again.
