Jamie was quick to respond to my request and fitted my job in between Christmas and New Year. He was personable and effective. A pleasure to deal with. He opened the safe and removed it for me.

Secure Front Door Lock

From original contact on phone, Jamie was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. Arranged to attend on Monday morning, arriving on time, despite horrendous weather. Got to work straight away and finished the job in a timely manner. Tested lock, which worked perfectly and looked good, in keeping with the door. A great Service from Jamie and Solo Locksmiths. Highly recommended.

Fixed problem with front door

James came out to help open a Yale type lock as I was cat sitting and the key wouldn’t open the lock. He kept me up to date with his progress; he was very polite and was with me in just over an hour. He tried several different tools and we then gained access to feed the animals. Unfortunately as it was an emergency on a Sunday it cost more.
