  Boiler Fix, Annual Service and Tap replacement

  Had a boiler fault which Josh came to sort out before carrying out a boiler service and tap and waste basin replacement in our bathroom. Work was carried out to the highest level and Josh has been for our regular plumber for years as a result of his politeness and patience with our adhoc plumbing requests. Highly recommend.

  Air Con installation in 3 bedrooms

  Mike has installed 3 Fujitsu Airstage minisplits for all our bedrooms. I have been testing these over the last week and am reasonably happy with the effective cooling experienced in each room. Will definitely use Mike in the future when we decide to install downstairs in living room and kitchen for which Mike has already suggested certain layouts for minimal disruption to the house. Always polite and also accommodated any change we wanted. Highly recommend.

  TRV replacements and switches

  Some of our old radiators had stuck valves that were no longer working and one other (includiding 2 new radiators recently installed) by other builders with trvs were installed wrong way round and overall causing imbalance in central heating across house. Josh identified these and fixed the problems and kept everything clean and completed everything pretty quickly. Highly recommend as your go to plumber.

  Boiler Service, Rebalance Central Heating System and fault finding TRVs

  I've used Josh multiple times, in this case it was to do a usual service of my boiler but also investigate issues with our heating system and radiators not fully heating up across the house. He identified an issue with the way some radiators having stuck TRVs but some recent that were incorrectly installed by other plumbers supplied by a builder i went with on the outflow side so will be using Josh to correct these also and fix our central heating system ready for the winter. Highly recommend, extremely polite and very efficient.

  Roof Gulley Repair, Moss Removal, New Front Porch Roof

  Recent work done on my parents house, on back gulley repair, moss removal and treatment as well as new front porch roof including cement work. Charlie and his team took us through the whole journey and process and were extremely polite throughout. Guarantees also provided on all the works for piece of mind. Would highly recommend.

  Replace Kitchen Sink and Tap and cloakroom basin tap

  Work was carried out very diligently and I am happy with end result. There were some issues with the tap and solution was found to avoid having to exhchange for a new one including simplifying the pipe work. Sealant around the new sink also looks clean and very minimal, massive improvement to how my former sink was installed and sealed by a different trader.
