Had a leak in the overflow pipe, due to a previous installation from another plumber (a dodgy one it now seems), which started to come through the ceiling. A phone call to Josh this morning in a panic and within a couple of hours he was here and problem fixed. I was very impressed with the friendly service received from coming round to quote for the works, to communication on carrying out the work. A faulty heating, radiator and cold water tank. Work was completed giving explanations as to what was wrong and how it needed fixing.
