  stopping a roof leak which caused damp and mould

  A ceiling at a property i let out had mould and damp. This was the result of severe rain we had recently. A few roofers expressed interest on check a trade but James responded and with no faff offered to visit and inspect the job for a free quote. This has to be done through a lettings agent as I am away, but again - no faff. James looked at the roof, got into the loft and saw light coming in, to identify the issue. He then provided a comprehensive quote and got the job done promptly. James sent photos and videos at every stage to keep me posted.

  Bath replaced

  Replacing this bath was a rollercoaster with lots of things going wrong but josh stayed the course despite all the bad luck. He left the property well after reasonable working hours which I really appreciated as he saw the job through instead of clocking off and leaving me in the lurch.

  Wrapping Kitchen worktops and cabinets

  I contacted Lyndon on here after finding his positive reviews. I sent him pictures of the kitchen and he was very promptly able to provide me with a price. After I agreed, he sent me pictures of lots of colours and designs and patiently waited until I chose what colour worktops and cabinets I wanted. Lyndon worked very hard to bring an ageing kitchen to a state where it was fit to be wrapped. Having never had this done before I didn't know the challenges you have. Lyndon grafted and did a top job though, as you can see from the photos.

  Preparation of entire property for new tenant

  Josh was outstanding as usual. He provided a comprehensive quote after initially assessing the property, broken down in to labour and material. He also outlined how long the work would take. Along the way there are always unexpected hiccups with this kind of work and Josh kept me well-informed with voice clips and videos (I am away). When unforeseen issues popped up, Josh always tried to solve them in a way that would be cost-effective, as if he was saving himself money - so I really appreciated that. I think you'd be daft for not getting in touch and at least asking him for a quote.

  Supply and fit replacement gutter

  Josh did an amazing job on this. Actually sent a time lapse video of the entire job to show what was done. Great communication as always - my first call for any job.

  Refurb of a two two down property including a new kitchen

  CPM (Josh) is a name you can trust. Plenty of photos and videos as work was carried out as I'm based pretty far away. Josh keeps you posted on everything. He's honest and has a lot of integrity - traits that can be quite rare in some tradesmen. The photos/videos of his work say more than any words I can say so do ask him about those before and after photos/videos. He gave a very fair estimate and an accurate timescale of the job to be done. He clearly cares about doing a good job and is not just trying to make a quick quid. I'll try work with him for every job I can. 5 stars

  Lots of plastering and related work

  Joe has been very good. He sent lots of before and after photos to show clearly all the work he had done. I've not seen the work in person but it looks v.good in the photos. he clearly knows his stuff. There were a number of issues in this job ranging from a tenant not allowing access, to agents fumbling access and even the tenant doing a runner at one stage. Joe was very a patient and accommodating throughout and above all, very clear in his communication. There were numerous inconveniences to him and he had even paid for materials out of his own pocket until he could begin. Thanks Joe.

  Repair leak damage front room and kitchen.

  Joe was communicated very clearly from the off. I sent him the details of the job on whatsapp and he was happy to arrange viewing the property through the agent/tenant. Once he'd been to the property, he text me with his diagnosis and estimate. He explained anything I was not sure about. I noticed he only had one review so I was a bit nervous about that but he sent through some pictures of his previous work. He said he would book it in 1st week in October when I accepted the quote and I got a text on the 4th saying that photos of the completed job and invoice had been sent in check a trade
