  Lots of plastering and related work

  Joe has been very good. He sent lots of before and after photos to show clearly all the work he had done. I've not seen the work in person but it looks v.good in the photos. he clearly knows his stuff. There were a number of issues in this job ranging from a tenant not allowing access, to agents fumbling access and even the tenant doing a runner at one stage. Joe was very a patient and accommodating throughout and above all, very clear in his communication. There were numerous inconveniences to him and he had even paid for materials out of his own pocket until he could begin. Thanks Joe.

  Plastering to ceiling and repair work

  A perfect job carried out in a very quick time. Pinnacle render is now my number one choice every time for all works plastering. The finish is amazing with no mess as he cleaned up everything. 10/10 for perfection Thank you Pinnacle Render !

  We had pinnacle render in to renovate the exterior of our property. They turned up on time worked cleanly and officiantly and overall was an outstanding job from start to finish

  Skimming existing plaster walls and ceiling

  Pinnacle were punctual and polite whilst completing the requested work which was the skimming of existing plaster walls and ceiling of a living room in an Edwardian house.

  Repair leak damage front room and kitchen.

  Joe was communicated very clearly from the off. I sent him the details of the job on whatsapp and he was happy to arrange viewing the property through the agent/tenant. Once he'd been to the property, he text me with his diagnosis and estimate. He explained anything I was not sure about. I noticed he only had one review so I was a bit nervous about that but he sent through some pictures of his previous work. He said he would book it in 1st week in October when I accepted the quote and I got a text on the 4th saying that photos of the completed job and invoice had been sent in check a trade

  Commercial refurbishment

  Hired Pinnacle to take on various projects as part as a renovation of a large commercial building, this includes concrete repairs and polishing, boarding and plastering, painting large areas, and a few other smaller jobs. Pinnacle have been excellent in working around the other trades on site and have completed the work to an excellent standard whilst communicating with us at every stage. I would highly recommend pinnacle rendering and construction.
