  Rendering gable end and adding uPVC verges

  As a landlord, I required the old gable wall rendering on my rental property to be replaced. I decided to use Moda as Mark provided a professional approach and competitive quote. Throughout the process Mark has been very informative and kept me up to date. He looked for the best value scaffolding hire cost and provided constant updates including photographs of the progress. Additional work was identified and carried during the project to help solve my damp issue (installation of verges at a fair price). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Moda and would definitely use them again in the future.

  I am extremely happy with the work carried out by Nick and his team. Communication was great, the team were friendly, informative, efficient and clean. The quality of the work delivered was exceptionally high and the advice provided very much appreciated. I could not believe how quickly the work was complete and I felt that the price was extremely fair. I am so happy I plan to have the team back to complete my next project.

  This is the second time I have used Horizon and I can't recommend them enough. The service has been prompt and to an exceptionally high standard from start to finish.   Gas fire repair

  My gas fire would not light so I asked Prestige to come to repair it. They recommended having a service and if any parts were required this would cost additional. I can not fault the communication, friendliness of the staff, the time keeping or the tidiness of the engineer. Unfortunately the service did not repair the fire and we were told due to the fire age a new fire would be needed. I understand the need to charge for the time required but the Service was an expensive way to find out that we would need to replace the fire anyway.

  From start to finish I have been very impressed with Horizon Windows. I received quotes from multiple companies before deciding to go ahead with Horizon. Phil was very honest with his advice, prompt with his communications and made some sensible recommendations which the other sales guys had not considered. The quote provided was the most competitive and the reviews seemed good so it made sense to proceed with Horizon. The surveyor (Malcolm) and the fitters (Mark and Lee) were very friendly and diligent. I am very happy with the finished product and would use Horizon again in the future.

  Fully plastering an outbuilding.

  Grant and his team did an excellent job of plastering our outbuilding. They were punctual and friendly. The outbuilding wasn't the easiest of areas to plaster due to its old wooden framework which we wanted to retain as a feature but Grant and his team completed the work to a high standard. I appreciated them checking how we wanted some of the edges finished and providing expert advice. They completed the work efficiently and left the work area clean. I will be using them again on my next project.
