  Large patio doors in exposed location.

  All very good, no sales pressure all the staff, surveyor, fitters very good. Tidy workers and good looking finished job. We are on the front facing the sea. Old patio doors leaked in high wind and driving rain. So far these one’s are leak free after a very windy wet few days.

  Amazing Customer Service!!

  Needed some window cill parts to fit existing windows, trawled round lots of companies and finally found Horizon Windows on Ford Industrial Estate. Arindel. They were so helpful they went to so much trouble to find and match the correct parts for me,. Couldn't believe how kind they were and to top it they didn't even charge me for them. Would definitely get a quote from this company for any future work. Amazing customer service. Thank you to Phil and staff.

  Reliable and good quality

  Replaced 3 double glazed panels that were 'blown' and installed a new door panel with a cat flap hole. My enquiry was responded to very quickly and a good on site survey done. The panels were installed efficiently and without fuss. Very pleased with the job done.

  Helpful and reliable

  We were recommended to use Horizon windows. We have not been disappointed. All members of the team have been helpful, polite and concientious. They installed 2 windows and a door for us. Completed the work without any fuss or bother and cleaned up very well when they had finished. We would highly recommend them.

  Excellent Service and Quality at a Great Price

  Phil listened to our ideas and offered helpful input to achieve exactly what we wanted with our new windows and front door. The fitting went smoothly, and communication throughout was excellent. Although there was a small ordering mistake with two windows, Horizon handled it promptly and professionally. We’re delighted with the finished result — the house is warmer and draft-free. Their price was also very competitive compared to other quotes. Highly recommended.
