10 A company willing to help even when they did not do our installation

Our installer went into liquidation so when we had a problem with our 3 year old front door we called Horizon Widows an approved supplier of our Apeer door and Phil was able to come and sort out the problem without any fuss. All very good, no sales pressure all the staff, surveyor, fitters very good. Tidy workers and good looking finished job. We are on the front facing the sea. Needed some window cill parts to fit existing windows, trawled round lots of companies and finally found Horizon Windows on Ford Industrial Estate. Arindel. They were so helpful they went to so much trouble to find and match the correct parts for me,. Couldn't believe how kind they were and to top it they didn't even charge me for them. Replaced 3 double glazed panels that were 'blown' and installed a new door panel with a cat flap hole. My enquiry was responded to very quickly and a good on site survey done. Job location: BN16We were recommended to use Horizon windows. We have not been disappointed. All members of the team have been helpful, polite and concientious. They installed 2 windows and a door for us. Completed the work without any fuss or bother and cleaned up very well when they had finished. We would highly recommend them.
