Prestige Fires serviced our fire and swept the chimney, and I was very impressed. They were polite, friendly, knowledgeable and left everything very clean and tidy afterwards. A really professional service and I would happily recommend them.

Great experience with Prestige Fires from start to finish. The showroom staff were helpful and knowledgeable, helping me choose the right stove and providing a clear quote and smooth booking process. The installation team were efficient, polite, and left everything tidy. When I noticed a small issue after fitting, they returned within 24 hours to fix it. They also repaired a chip caused by carpet fitters a week later — their customer service was outstanding. After several weeks of use, I’m very happy with the stove. It’s efficient, easy to use, and looks fantastic. Highly recommend.
