    Prestige fitted a gas fire for me, which another company had failed to get working. Prestige quickly prepared, fitted and successfully tested the fire. They seemed very knowledgeable and experienced about potential issues which gave me confidence. I would definitely use them again.

    I stated a specific date on the original job for the work to be carried out and it's approximate location. After discussing the specifics of the job back and forth for 5 days I get told they cannot do the date I needed. Completely wasted my time (as well as their own) when I could have spent the time securing someone else who could've done the job.

    The communication around the quote was fast, detailed and competitive. The team took the time to break the quote down into items and rang me to clarify a query. The installation was booked quickly (3 week turnaround which was explained on booking). The team that fitted were polite, friendly and informative about the installation. I felt very comfortable with them working in the house.
