  Asbestos survey on property purchase

  Phil carried out an Asbestos survey on a property I was in the process of purchasing. When you hear “Asbestos” you tend to think the worst, but Phil put my mind at ease, provided a very detailed report and has provided a point of contact for any future asbestos management related work. I’m pleased to say thanks to the report and his explanation, I did end up purchasing the property.
