  Good efficient and cost effective service. Jamie had all the bolts needed to replace a wall mounted TV with a newer model. Other firms wanted to charge for a new mount.

  Jamie designed the connectivity etc for our house during renovation about 8 years ago and recently came back to tweak some loss of broadband to our TV. He is very knowledgable and reliable and easy to contact. I would certainly recommend him.

  They did the job as requested and were extremely easy to work with and flexible as the needs of the job changed due to learning more about my new house. Came back on different days to ensure the job was done in good time too. Had an unfortunate accident with a pipe burst, and they dealt with with it with no extra charge which I really appreciated, would absolutely recommend their services

  An excellent company to deal with taking the stress out of computer issues

  I purchased a laptop from Tidy Solutions and the service was first class, at the time of purchase Jamie made sure it was as security was completely up to date. As time has gone by it became obvious that the laptop was in need of a health check which was an extremely thorough process carried out remotely. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Tidy Solutions and have decided the sensible way forward is to have annual health checks to keep the laptop secure

  Aerial replacement

  We had a broken TV aerial in need of replacement. It was high up with a difficult approach due to surrounding trees. The Tidy Solutions engineer managed the situation very effectively and efficiently. The whole experience from initial call to same day service was very well managed through to completion.
