  New laptop setup and transfer from old laptop

  My old laptop was dying. Jamie (Tidy Solutions) provided useful advice on the selection of a new laptop and printer. Once purchased he set up the new laptop and printer and transferred all my old files from the old laptop. Due to its age this was not particularly straightforward. He also provided some useful tips and advice. Jamie always kept me advised of his visit times.

  Ring system installed and configured

  Jamie came to our property and put together a scope for install of a Ring system (i.e. product type, number and location of products to cover a secure line). He recommended which products we needed to purchase and gave us a clear quote for the install cost. On the day of the install Jamie was prompt, tidy, professional and very efficient. We were particularly impressed with the thought and care put into the install of the trunking and the making good etc. As well as installing the system he also configured the set up on the app and he only left when we had a fully working system. 100%!!

Once again Jamie was really helpful and got us back on track with what we needed to do.   Excellent service from beginning to end. A really quick response initially to put in a temporary fix, then a quote and work followed through soon after. Pleasant and polite service from everyone, tidy worker. I highly recommend to anyone.
