  Dan was recommended to us by a friend who rated him highly. On our job, he proved himself to be very competent and efficient, but also friendly and easy to deal with. He was punctual on each visit, and he worked in a tidy, considerate way. We felt that Dan was good at tracing the real causes of problems, and then resolving them. His work was done within his estimated time, which is good considering one problem originally had an unknown cause. Pricing was very fair for the great service we received.
