  Repair/replacement of Guttering

  Met Robert regarding Guttering repair/replacement who arrived on time for the appointment; we went round the property and he provided sound and extremely honest advice on what was required and indeed what, in his opinion wasn't necessary to replace. I found him extremely courteous, polite and knowledgeable; On the day of the works, only a few days later, he and his colleague Sean arrived ahead of time and completed the work efficiently, tidily, again courteously, to a very high standard. I am extremely pleased with the whole experience and with Robert and Sean. I highly recommend SRS

  Leak in bathroom sink

  To be honest I was a bit sceptical once I had made contact and was asked for a payment immediately to book the appointment, but it worked out fine - Michael turned up during the allotted timescale after making a call to confirm his ETA. The work was completed and Michael was very polite, instructive, providing advice on the staining on the wall following the leak, Would use again

  Jubious about payment taken before the job. Ie.day before but contractor turned up half way through time slot. Michael was polite courteous and informative and completed the job and stayed to ensure no issues

  Tommy was very polite, punctual, courteous, (as were his team) not pushy, explained situation and potential issues and solutions clearly; only a few days between the quote and the job start and completed within a couple of days; team of 6-8 colleagues on job; showed great care, tidy and good clear up afterwards; jobs all look good and complete; highly recommend Tommy and his team

  Roof replacement

  Full roof replacement with new batons and felt - very good job by a good team who were professional, courteous, tidy and completed the job in good time - since had an unrelated leak in the chimney which Thomas had fixed by the team in good time
