  Dealing with Ali at Studio 47 was an absolute breeze, he carefully listened to our ideas and considered all our requirements and needs. Ali submitted our plans and within 2 months our project was approved. He also recommended an excellent building firm who worked within our budget to build our dream home. Thank you so much for your help and would highly recommend.

  I hired the company to get me permission to build me a 5 meter extension they got me the permission and designed the interior. I went with the design build contract and the did it from start to finish for me

  Disappointing Service – Unresponsive and unprofessional throughout the Planning Process

  We hired this company to assist with planning permission for a garage conversion, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish. The plans provided were not accepted by the council and despite repeated attempts to communicate, they were consistently unresponsive. They were supposed to guide us through the planning process, yet they didn't follow up and we were left completely in the dark. We have tried numerous times to reach out for clarification, but they constantly ignore our messages or vaguely get back to us. Very disappointing service – I would not recommend.

  House refurb..also loft conversion back extension

  From having a very bad painful and costly experience with the previous architect, it was so refreshing when a friend recommended Ali... just wish I new before.
