Job location: SE18I hired the company to get me permission to build me a 5 meter extension they got me the permission and designed the interior. I went with the design build contract and the did it from start to finish for me10 Planning permission for loft and extention

We hired this company to assist with planning permission for a garage conversion, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish. The plans provided were not accepted by the council and despite repeated attempts to communicate, they were consistently unresponsive. They were supposed to guide us through the planning process, yet they didn't follow up and we were left completely in the dark. We have tried numerous times to reach out for clarification, but they constantly ignore our messages or vaguely get back to us.
