    Terrible after sales!!! Don’t go near this company

    Don’t go near this company. They will sell you the moon on a stick, but not deliver anything close! The day my door was fitted was a shambles. Now the door is sticking as won’t lock properly! I have raised with the ‘after sales’ team along with a complaint. Both have been ignored & my door is still not fixed. They don’t have an after sales team, you are pretty much on your own!! I have never come across such shoddy customer service in my life…..Too expensive with rubbish after sales. Go elsewhere.

    very happy with the service from Anglian from start to finish. The intial consultation as a first time buyer was very reassuring and the window fitters were extremely friendly and took great pride in their work.

    Complete Waste of Time

    In January I ordered a front door, paid the deposit and their surveyor measured up. By the end of March I'd heard nothing. Phoned several times but nobody answered. I emailed but got no reply. Then used 'chatbot' on the website. Apparently a letter had been sent to me on 1st April. Told me they would send it again by email. Email never came. When letter arrived, it just said my order was cancelled ?? Thankfully my deposit was refunded quickly.

    They got the job done.

    I ordered an extra wide, wheelchair accessible replacement door with glass side and top panels. A straight swap with no building alterations needed. The sales team were very helpful and gave me a really good price. After fitting I noticed a few scuff marks which I could not remove. They sent an inspector and these were sorted quickly. The biggest problem was with the threshold. The electric wheelchair kept getting stuck on it. After some deliberation, they decided to add a metal trim either side which is liveable with and improved accessibility. Good team in a tricky situation.

    I recently had new door installed and I am very pleased with it . The whole process from the salesman explaining the different options and prices to the installation went very smoothly. I was able to pay a deposit in January and choose the installation date later in July, giving me a chance to budget for it. I live in an old terraced house and I feared fitting the door might be a problem with an uneven front doorstep but the door fitters (Jake and Reilly) knew exactly what they were doing and were very professional. They did a fantastic job as can be seen in the before and after photos.

    After Service is Appauling - Problem for almost 1 year

    After a few weeks cottage door bar came loose, had clearly not been stuck to the glass, fresh air underneath it. Engineer was called and put some tape on. 8 months later the door bar came away, hanging from the door. Engineer said it hadn't been stuck down with enough tape (same engineer) and a piece of plastic was broken and needed replacing, and he would order it. Never heard another word. After much chasing Anglian said they would replace all the door bars. Engineer came, knew nothing about this, and told to put a bit of tape on, said needs 2 parts, 1 missing at manufacture. No confidence
