  Good team

  Overall the team did a good job sorting all of the issues we had with a couple of our windows for a reasonable price. There were a couple of delays for various reasons which are understandable, but communication around them could have been better but these things happen and the work was completed which is the main thing.

  I put in a request for quotes and E&B replied. Got a few details and quoted me a price. Nothing was confirmed, no dates, no times nothing yet a few hours later I am told that the paint had been purcahsed and he would attend my property a few days later to do the job. When I said this hadn't been agreed, I was spoken to quite rudely. I would not recommend.

  Team came out to look at the site and said all was fine, quote would be same day or within 24 hours. No quote for over 3 weeks. Poor communication and overall just disappointing.
