  Zak came through and I cannot fault him for his comms, enthusiasm, professionalism and speed of service. Previous recommendation was to simply replace the door but Zak has extended its life while we decide how to proceed. Similarly, I appreciate him finding the time to visit the property and see the issue first hand rather than rely on pics as one other did (no judgement but it's the little things). Thank you to Thermaseal and to Zak.
