We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the pricing process, you asked for a rough quote for a standard up and over white garage door and we gave you an idea of price. You then asked us to do a survey to confirm and we surveyed but you then decided it had to be a custom painted RAL colour which isn’t something we normally offer on manual doors. If we had been told originally it has to be a custom colour we would have advised this isn’t something we offer. As you can see from our other reviews we are a family run business who do our upmost to provide outstanding customer service to all of our clients. We haven’t done any work for you and feel your review is unfair seeing as the goal posts were moved from original contact which is what made it a longer quoting process.
