  Adrian did a fantastic job of guiding all of the decisions made throughout the whole design and build process. He always spent time making sure I was fully informed of all of the available options during the build. His many years experience as a builder proved to be an invaluable resource. I will definitely be using Adrian again on further work.

  Became unresponsive after job was finished despite an outstanding issue

  Excellent job and very courteous. Communication was extremely difficult however, with replies coming after several days. Did not turn up on one occasion with me unable to contact.

  Excellent work carried out by Steve. Very friendly and professional. Very reasonable in price when arranging a short second visit to try to remove some ingrained pet smells from a previous owner. Highly recommended.

  New pipes fitted to gas boiler from gas unit.

  Left mess behind including copper joints and washers on the gravel outside. Did not close the lockable door to the gas unit. Did not replace the foam bumpers back to the pipework once installed. Did not provide me (homeowner) with the paperwork or invoice for the work, and instead provided this to the original owner who paid for the job who has since moved out. I now have no record of the gas works undertaken and have to chase the previous owner for work done on my property. Was not even asked who the paperwork should go to.
