Fc Engineers (Kevin) assessed the problem before christmas and identified the issue but do to requiring a part which needed to be ordered, he provided a couple of remidial options including use of chemicals but due to having small children didnt want to run the risk of this entering the hotwater pipes. The option undertaken fixed the issue for a short time and when the issue arose again after christmas, I contact on the Monday and by Thursday afternoon the new part was fitted and issue fixed. Engineer responded promptly on 28th Dec. Located the faulty part and provided options same day with costs. Our preference was to remove / refurb / replace which could have incurred one weeks delay without central heating. Engineer arranged replacement next day and refitted.
