  Ryan visited to give me a quote for an air con unit, and then came along with the team and installed it. It was really excellent service - the time/date given were kept to and the work was done quickly and well (and incredibly tidily too!) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. It's been amazing to have the air con in these very hot weeks!

  Air Conditioning Installation

  The service we received from RU Cooling was excellent throughout. We had a quick response to my request for a quote as well as a helpful comment on a query I raised. The survey visit was soon done and the installation arranged for a couple of weeks later. The installers carried out their work efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Apart from the new unit on the bedroom wall and the external unit we would not have known they had been here! All our dealings with Ryan and his team provided confidence of a successful outcome.

  Excellent customer service by Ryan...

  Ryan and his team installed Mitsubishi AC's at our home initially in 2025 and then some additional units in 2026. He is very professional, customer focused and service oriented and we were very satisfied with the overall end to end experience so far, right from the first time I reached out to Ryan in 2025 to ask for a quote. The quality of work done and the attention to detail was excellent and he was very responsive to all our requirements, suggestions and questions along the way. We subsequently recommended his services to our friends and neighbours and would highly recommend here as well.

  Excellent service from Ryan, he installed three units in the bedrooms. Work was completed efficiently and we have him out every year to service the units. A genuinely nice person who you would be more than happy to have working in your home. Would definitely recommend.

  We were recommended to RU Cooling Services by a friend and I’m so pleased we chose them to install an air conditioning unit in our bedroom. Ryan responded quickly to my message and helped us through the process of choosing one that was right for us. His team of three arrived on time and were efficient, friendly and professional. They did a brilliant job with no mess, leaving us with a lovely cool room in which to escape these hot summers. I will be recommending RU Cooling Services!
