  Vaillant boiler servicing

  Rapid Response replied to my job request very quickly. They came over within two days to inspect my Vaillant boiler. I was panicking because I thought I needed a new expansion vessel, which is expensive, but they tried a few other solutions first, which ended up working. They explained everything to me as they went along, and I felt reassured when they left.

  They tried everything they could and explained next steps when it wasn’t successful. They l Took their shoes off when entering which was nice not having to ask. Polite and friendly.

  I dealt with Joe who was really nice and professional. I had a bad experience in the past so was a bit nervous to commit to something again, but found the experience really good. Joe kept in contact all the time and updated me either with a call or photos. The bricks look like new again!

  UPVC garden door fitted

  Really good experience from start to finish. Really clear in what they were providing and set a timeline of what to expect. There was a last minuet cancellation from them, but they were quick to fix. I had a cat flap in stalled and they accidentally damaged the flat and immediately told me that they would come back to correct. Really lovely to work with, would definitely recommend.

  New gutters replaced

  I had a quote from a nice man who promised me the world. Once the appointment came I was told that isn't possible and they won't be able to do the work. I said what can you do, they said replace the guttering. I have been in touch to say that there are holes in the gutter, it's sagging in places, it's full of water and not draining. Someone was supposed to come round yesterday but never did, now no one is answering my calls and I'm being sent straight to voicemail. Please can someone get back to me?
