They phoned within 5 mins of me posting the job. Appt made for next day. A pleasant and professional, qualified engineer serviced my boiler. He recommended that I get a carbon monoxide detector and agreed that some external pipework could be done better. I was impressed and will use them again for an annual boiler service. Highly recommend for speed and delivery

VERY HAPPY WITH BOILER SERVICE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT FROM THE FIRM I'D EXPECTED

This is confusing as a company called Cas phoned, quoted the price (£99 inc VAT) and an appointment made for the next day. A man from Rapid Response Plumbing and Heating serviced my boiler at the agreed time and date. He was thorough and made a few recommendations. I've had emails today from Cas Heating yesterday and tiday using a different name and offering to do the boiler service!

Fixed my boiler the next day

Amazing service from Gurprashad! After having another company come and look at our broken boiler they had said its best to replace it. Although, Rapidheat247 came and serviced the boiler the next day and it's working again. I would highly recommend and will be using again.
