  Repair/ replacement of a garden drain

  Wayne was friendly, professional and communicative. When the job turned out to have unexpected quirks, he was clear about what was going on and the side effects of that. He and his colleague were particular about foot coverings and about tidying up. Very happy with the end result. Would absolutely recommend to a friend, and would use again if needed.

  Garden drain repair/replacement

  Wayne was clear, prompt, nice and did an excellent job. He and his crew were particular about foot coverings and clean up. When he discovered an unanticipated difficulty with the job, he was clear about what could be done and the consequences of that, and once a path forward was agreed he completed the job very nicely. Absolutely would recommend to a friend.

  They tried everything they could and explained next steps when it wasn’t successful. They l Took their shoes off when entering which was nice not having to ask. Polite and friendly.

  Toilet blocked. Excellent service 10/10!

  Had a blocked toilet and called this company early morning and within two and a half hours Wayne arrived to solve our pipe blockage. Professional, yet extremely bubbly and friendly and even when covered in unpleasant mess he still had a smile on his face! GREAT communication explaining everything to me. When his original plan didn’t work out, he showed me why and gave a further explanation. It was a bonus that pricing wasn’t extortionate. Hopefully I never have this problem again, but if I do, I will definitely be using this company again.

  Actually he deserves 10/10

  The only reason i put 9 instead of 10 is so that people read this as Wayne has been absolute fantastic which is rare to find and so he really deserves good business. If you are looking for a person who is reliable, does what they say, does it really well, communicates clearly, keeps you updated, cares about doing things properly and to a great standard, is punctual and keeps to schedule and will not scam you, then wayne is your guy. He is open, honest and works hard. I dont ever write reviews but he is definitely someone i would recommend with no issues or hesitation. Hope this review helps :)
