  Lost running hot water from my taps

  Communication was excellent from booking appointment to completion. Everything was clearly explained to me and I was shown where the faults were with detailed explanations that were simple enough for me to understand. All my options were clearly explained and I wasn’t never pressured to decide one way or the other. Post completion was a check in to make sure everything was running smoothly which was reassuring. Recommendations for keeping my systems running smoothly were given which was helpful. No mess left behind too which is a bonus.
