  So very good excellent young man l had an emergency plumbing leak through two of my ceilings I cannot praise the efficiency and workmanship highly enough .

  We had a catastrophic leak just above the internal stop cock to the house. We needed a plumber immediately and Simba not only answered our call straight away, but dropped what he was doing so he could come out and fix the issue. His work is exceptional, he is polite and courteous and works to a high standard. Would highly recommend to anyone.

  Lost running hot water from my taps

  Communication was excellent from booking appointment to completion. Everything was clearly explained to me and I was shown where the faults were with detailed explanations that were simple enough for me to understand. All my options were clearly explained and I wasn’t never pressured to decide one way or the other. Post completion was a check in to make sure everything was running smoothly which was reassuring. Recommendations for keeping my systems running smoothly were given which was helpful. No mess left behind too which is a bonus.

  Thermostatic Valve Replacemt

  Simba the plumber was able to diagnose my problem in real time , providing advice on replacement parts . He removed the old parts and after the new parts was promptly available to replace them efficiently and he showed technical ability while remaining calm under pressure. Now my shower works perfectly. I am grateful for his service to our family. I sincerely recommend Simba for any household plumbing works.
