End of tenancy - Deep cleaning service

The focus is on making the home feel fresh, clean, and welcoming alongside with the peace of mind that all your hygiene concerns have been taken care off when it comes to professional cleaning services throughout the home.

We have friendly and experienced cleaners who will find no job big or small and take care of the worry/stress of cleaning.

Inclusive end of tenancy clean list:

*Full Deep Clean House Clean (all rooms)

*All Cupboards and draws clean

*All Appliances (ALL FREEZERS MUST BE DEFROSTED IN ADVANCE)

*Internal window cleaning

*Full kitchen/Bathroom cleaning/Bedroom...

This will be carried out by a 3-man professional team over approximately 4–6 hours and included in are package is:

• Deep carpet clean & rugs 

•All floors & floor boards mopped

• living room/Lounge area deep cleaned

• Kitchen deep cleaned (inside cupboards are cleaned aslong as there empty and the same for the oven)

• bathroom deep clean

• Internal window cleaning only (outside windows extra cost)

•Curtains steam cleaned 

• cleaning of all radiators

•cleaning all skirting boards 

•wipe down all doors & handles

• Removal of cobwebs from ceilings and corners

• Dusting of shelving, cupboards (as-long as shelving & cupboards are empty)

The complete package is £420 all-inclusive.

Kitchen- All appliances cleaned inside and out. Fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and oven.

Walls ( if scuff marks present), woodwork, doors and doorframes.

Cupboards cleaned inside and out. Windows inside cleaned including frame and seal.

Hoover floor and mop if hard floor.

Rubbish and leftover items will be bagged up.

Bathroom/Wc- Bath/shower & sink descaled & cleaned. Toilet cleaned and descaled.

Walls ( if scuff marks present), woodwork, vents & door. Windows inside cleaned including frame and seal.

Hoover floor and mop.

Our End of Tenancy clean includes

2 bedrooms - Walls ( if scuff marks present), woodwork, doors and doorframes.

Furniture cleaned and polished. Windows inside cleaned including frame and sill.

Hoover floor and mop if hard floor.

Rubbish and leftover items will be bagged up.

Lounge - Walls ( if scuff marks present), woodwork, doors and doorframes.
