  Great service from quote to clean!

  Communication was superb with Jess, from the point of getting the quote through, to receiving a comprehensive set of photos after the clean was complete (I was unable to be there in person). They did a really super job cleaning my late Dad’s house, getting it ready to be sold. Highly professional, but also very friendly. I would happily recommend Surrey Clean Queens without hesitation.

  Kept deposit rather than offer new date

  I had to move the work (full clean) by 30 minutes due to a power cut which caused the job to be cancelled. This is fair enough however when trying to rebook a carpet clean instead to ensure the deposit was still used, I couldn’t get a time/date - it seemed keeping the deposit for the cancellation was the preference.
