Highly recommend! Steve from Zing lofts got back to me about my query really quickly, really friendly and approachable with regards to my questions I had. Got the job done of fitting a new loft hatch and loft ladder in a few hours and vacuumed up as he was doing the job as well as once he was finished. Showed me how to use the hatch afterwards. Very happy with the experience, quality of work and service. Was very quick to communicate, came out to quote and scheduled us in promptly. Turned up when said he would, good quality work, reasonable cost, cleaned up properly afterwards and was very polite and felt comfortable with them in our home. Steve contacted us quickly and visited quickly to provide a quote. Work couldn't be carried out as quickly as we would have liked, but good people are busy!! Work was done to a high standard and you couldn't even tell a new loft hatch had been installed. They cleaned up after themselves as well.
