Great communication from the start, on time , very friendly, clean work, job done really well, great result

The company was excellent from when Steve came out to price the job. Communication was excellent he gave me all the options available for what I needed. On the days the work was carried out Steve and Brad arrived ahead of the time initially agreed. They worked very hard and did an amazing job. They also left my house clean when they had finished for the day. Once work was completed Steve demonstrated how to use my new loft hatch and ladder. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing loft work. I am so happy with my new loft!

Steve at Zing Lofts contacted us after our enquiry in a timely manner and fit us in for a quotation quickly, as we wanted the work done urgently. He managed to fit us in to have our loft boarded, the loft hatch made bigger and install loft ladders within the timescale we wanted, due to our urgency to get the work done. The quotation was a fair price and we are extremely happy with the work done, since used for storage. Steve and his colleague were very polite and worked hard throughout the two days to get the job done and left the work area clean and tidy after they finished the job.

Stevie came on the Monday and by lunch time Tuesday had fully boarded out our loft to a high standard of finish. I had a few queries and discussed a few issues that were quickly resolved. The standard is excellent and the timing, workmanship and tidying up exemplary. Highly Recommended!
