Very happy with the experience, quality of work and service. Was very quick to communicate, came out to quote and scheduled us in promptly. Turned up when said he would, good quality work, reasonable cost, cleaned up properly afterwards and was very polite and felt comfortable with them in our home. Would recommend.

Steve arrived on time as scheduled and completed the work in a professional manner; the loft ladder was as described when advising me of my options and ease for access no mess was left when done and cleaned up ; would highly recommend to anyone and if needed would employ again without hesitation.

Steve contacted us quickly and visited quickly to provide a quote. Work couldn't be carried out as quickly as we would have liked, but good people are busy!! Work was done to a high standard and you couldn't even tell a new loft hatch had been installed. They cleaned up after themselves as well. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

They were extremely helpful and got the job done quickly and to a high standard, very happy with the products they have fitted we can finally get into a loft now safely 😀 and store things up there 😀
