  Zero Waste Group were easy to engage. They provided information at every stage of the task. The initial phone conversation to discuss and book the collection was very clear. ZWG provided lots of info by email once booking was confirmed. Emptying the house was done quickly and staff were helpful throughout.

  The company dealt with me with honesty & efficiently. I was price-quoted for waste removal including a double mattress: they turned up on the day booked, the driver phoned me a half hour before turning up which was helpful, and they kept to the price quoted. The waste was taken away quickly & efficiently.

  I used the Zero Waste Group to clear my house, double garage and garden shed. The team arrived on time following a courtesy telephone call. They were very professional and explained what they were going to do and confirming that this met my requirements. I consider the price very reasonable for the amount of work involved. I would highly recommend the Zero Waste Group and would not hesitate to use this company again.
