Zero Waste Group were easy to engage. They provided information at every stage of the task. The initial phone conversation to discuss and book the collection was very clear. ZWG provided lots of info by email once booking was confirmed. Emptying the house was done quickly and staff were helpful throughout.

I was price-quoted for waste removal including a double mattress: they turned up on the day booked, the driver phoned me a half hour before turning up which was helpful, and they kept to the price quoted. The waste was taken away quickly & efficiently.
