10 Very happy with new conservatory.

Zen replaced an old wooden conservatory across our back yard with a double glazed one. I just want to say how pleased we are with the conservatory and the whole process. Zen were able to quote and book the work in quickly after our initial enquiry. Their price was competitive (despite a couple of other people who came to quote saying they're expensive). The service throughout was friendly and professional. The job itself was speedy, the fitters took time to get small details right and cleared up really well afterwards. ZEN replaced my external doors and side panels. I was impressed with Ben at the initial appointment - he was friendly, provided good advice on the options open to me, and I did not feel pressured. Stacey and Matt were very prompt and clear in all their communications with me. The fitters, Steve and Jamie, were also friendly and professional, carrying out the work to a very high standard.
