I have used Zen twice for double glazing. The new windows make a big difference to keeping heat in and noise out. Both times, Zen have been helpful, clear about what will happen & when, have kept their promises and treated my home with respect

So pleased we picked Zen for our window installation. Right from the start they understood what we were looking to achieve and made our bespoke requests a reality. Nothing was too much trouble and we never felt pressured, even when we experienced delays to the start date due to separate building works. The fitters were excellent; really skilled at what they do with excellent attention to detail and good communication. The house feels warmer, is noticeably quieter and more ventilated, and it looks stunning too! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Zen to anyone looking for new windows and doors.

Zen have been fantastic to work with from start to finish and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Ben provided our quote and advice on what options we could consider. He was polite and clear and a pleasure to talk to. Stacey arranged our installation and has been a great communicator throughout. James and Kieran completed the fitting. They were so tidy! They worked really quickly and left us with an amazing set of new windows. We’re warmer, it’s quieter and we’re delighted!

Very happy with my new windows installed by Zen. The whole process went smoothly, from the initial no pressure visit and quote from Ben, to the fitters themselves who did a great job and were punctual, tidy and pleasant to have around. Would have no hesitation in recommending Zen windows.

Our front door was fitted with no fuss and earlier than expected. Our old door had large gaping holes around the sides and wasn't secure. The new door was expertly fitted by Zen, solutions were found to make sure we get the best insulation. It looks beautiful. The installer was very considerate and addressed all of our concerns.

All went very smoothly. Staff kept to appointments and the work was completed on time and to a good standard. Everyone was helpful and polite. I am very pleased with my new door and windows and would highly recommend this company.
