Very satisfied with Z2 Engineering. From the quotation through to installation of the unvented cylinder Z2 were friendly, approachable and helpful. They weren’t necessarily the cheapest but were there to offer advice and support regarding which cylinder to choose. The job was carried professionally with a minimum of mess and fuss. I have had many bad experiences with plumbers having managed properties for over 10 years. the checker trade process was a simple and the service that I received, for the very fair charging structure, was fantastic! Suspected water leak from hot water cylinder or surrounding pipework as water mark on hallway ceiling below. Ryan carried out a thorough investigation including in the loft, unfortunately no leak found. Ryan suggested it could be an issue with the roof.
