From start to finish we were kept informed. Everyone was kind and courteous. The workmen were clean and tidy, clearing away all the debris and protecting our floors etc without having to be asked. Z2 were eexcellent. They came when they said they would and were good value for money. The lads cleaned up as they went and removed all the rubbish. I am very happy with the quality of the work. Job location: BD18Received call to advise expected time of arrival. The plumber kept me updated on what needed to be done. He was a very pleasant young man who did a good thorough job. A credit to his company.10 Excellent company

Job location: LS10Had toilet and sink replaced in downstairs cloakroom. Because new toilet cistern is smaller than previous one there is a slight gap at back which is easily rectified. Engineer who did the work was polite, friendly and kept the work area tidy. He removed all rubbish and old suite. He also did an excellent job when installing new items. Can't fault this company, we have used them several times.
